Assignment 3
With the permission of the Gallery and childs parents I took the image in the childrens "art interactive" room. Seated on a light box the child played with the various coloured plastic shapes whilst viewing his work on a vidoe screen above. It was interesting how such an infant reacted to his own image as he moved the colored shapes around and he bewcame really excited. This section of the Manchester City Gallery was packed with children enjoying the activities that obviosly stimulated their imaginations. I would have liked to have shown more of the childs exitement to perhaps convey "passion" more graphically but am generally happy with the image.
